This conference will highlight ongoing scientific and operational projects, the need for strong scientific methods, ethical responsibility, and innovative technology in weather modification. A key outcome of this conference will be to benefit the scientific community on the advances and operational experts to adapt lessons from ongoing research and to provide significant societal advantages. The conference outcome will be drafted as a WMO report through contributions from attendees.
