Authors and Presenters
Responsibilities as author
- The submitted abstract must be presented at the conference by the author or one of the coauthors
- No-shows abstract will be removed from the program
- By submitting an abstract, the authors accept the rules of the conference.
- Duplicate submission or submission of the same abstract to more than one session will lead to automatic rejection.
- The content of abstracts is the responsibility of the authors.
- The official language of the conference is English.

Exhibitor's agreement
By renting a booth at the , the exhibitor accepts the following terms & conditions.
- The exhibitor agrees that the material to be exhibited will be brought to the venue by 6 pm on 2nd November 2025
- Details of the exhibitor including logo and description must be provided to LOC on booking.
- The exhibitor will dismantle the display on 7th November 2025.
- Cancellations can only be refunded in the case of written notification prior to 3rd September 2025. A cancellation fee of $100 will be applicable. No refunds will be possible after this date.
- Personal artifacts, promotional material, and other small, easily removable valuable items should not be left unattended.
- IITM, MoES or WMO will not be liable in case of incidental, consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages or any harm arising from or related to the use of the exhibit space.
- No nails, screws, or other fixtures may be drilled into any part of the premises, including the floors. Nor may any part of the premises be damaged or disfigured in any way. Should any damage occur, the exhibitor will be invoiced for repair charges incurred.

Sponsors

Sponsorship rates start at $5000 for international companies and INR 2,00,000 for Indian companies.
Sponsorships can be for the following:
- Sponsoring an early career scientist/student ( travel/conference fee/accommodation) from a low-income country (student will acknowledge and use the logo of the sponsor in the presentation/poster)
- Lunch during the conference (The sponsor's name will be displayed and acknowledged by the organizers)
- Gala event dinner: The sponsor will be allowed to speak at the event
- Sponsor may be in touch with organizers at email: wmo-11scwxmod@tropmet.res.in and may pledge your support before 1st June 2025 ( the deadline for participants requiring a visa)
- The sponsor's logo will be displayed on the website.
- If a special request is made to have a lead talk at the conference in a suitable session (strictly specific to the conference theme), special sponsorship rates are applicable, as desired by the WMO.
- Organizers reserve all the right to change the specifications mentioned above.
